We are looking for an experienced operations specialist to join our team. The role involves monitoring ongoing delivery routes and communicating with drivers and shippers over the phone and live chat. Proficiency in English is required. Able to work based on the Eastern US time zone (EST) Experience in logistics, courier operations, call center, customer support, or account management About the Role As an operations specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of delivery routes. This includes monitoring progress, addressing any issues that may arise, and maintaining open communication with all stakeholders. We are a tech startup operating in 20 major metro areas across the U.S., and we need someone who can help us scale our operations while maintaining the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.
