Key Role in Sales Operations We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Sales Operation Manager, specializing in Customer Service. This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our sales engine, directly impacting revenue generation. The ideal candidate will have experience in optimizing sales processes and managing data to drive business growth. They will be responsible for maintaining functional CRM systems, generating insightful reports, establishing efficient workflows, and analyzing performance data to enable the sales team to concentrate on generating run rate and closing deals. Sales Process Optimization: Analyze and improve existing sales processes to increase efficiency and productivity. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication between teams. Performance Reporting: Develop and disseminate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decision-making. In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is also required. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field is essential, as is at least 10 years of relevant experience in sales operations for customer service. Strong English language skills are also necessary, along with advanced Spanish language proficiency.
