Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Technical Compliance Officer (Brazil). This position requires you to serve as the primary liaison with local regulators, ensuring full compliance of our operations with Brazilian financial regulations and data protection laws. You will be responsible for adapting technical systems to regulatory expectations and supporting routine audits. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with global compliance and engineering teams to embed compliance into product development. Required Skills: Act as the primary technical compliance liaison between our organization and Brazilian regulators;representing engineering in regulatory engagements that involve system architecture, data flows, business contingency, audit logging, and other technical implementation aspects of compliance.
