Enterprise IT Solutions Specialist This role is ideal for a proactive, self-motivated professional who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys collaborating with clients. As an Enterprise IT Solutions Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting complex IT systems for enterprise clients. Your expertise will be essential in providing tailored business solutions for critical environments. Key Responsibilities: Design, install, configure, and support systems technologies, including servers, storage, and Active Directory. Collaborate with clients to integrate new technologies into existing infrastructures. Work closely with engineering teams to deliver customized solutions for enterprise clients. Manage and resolve client support tickets, ensuring clear communication and documentation. Track time against project agreements to optimize service efficiency and profitability. Provide regular project updates and participate in ongoing technical training and development. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3–4 years of experience in Systems Engineering in enterprise or managed service environments. Proficiency with Microsoft 365. Strong background in Intune and mobile device management. Familiarity with MFA and/or Single Sign-On solutions. Solid understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems. Proven ability to develop and maintain detailed systems documentation. Familiarity with change management, product lifecycles, and client service best practices.
