Job Opportunity: HR Business Partner This role is an integral part of our local Human Resources team, ensuring the efficient execution of day-to-day HR operations with accuracy and compliance. The key responsibilities include: Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Managing new hires from end to end, including document collection, system entry, and orientation coordination. Process employee resignations and terminations, conduct exit interviews, complete clearance procedures, and maintain accurate records in compliance with labor regulations. Employment Contract Management: Preparing, issuing, renewing, and archiving employment contracts in accordance with Brazilian labor laws (CLT). Tracking probation periods and supporting performance evaluation processes. Attendance & Timekeeping Administration: Monitoring daily attendance using electronic time clock systems. Reviewing overtime, absences, leaves, and schedule adjustments. Collaborating with department heads to validate monthly attendance data. Payroll Support & Social Contributions: Assisting in monthly payroll processing, including calculation of salaries, bonuses, deductions, and overtime. Handling statutory contributions such as FGTS, INSS, and IRRF — ensuring accurate reporting and timely payments. Coordinating with internal finance or external payroll providers to ensure error-free disbursement. Key Qualifications & Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need: An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of hands-on HR experience in a Brazilian company or multinational environment. A solid understanding of Brazilian labor legislation (Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho – CLT). Strong organizational and execution skills. Detailed knowledge of attendance tracking and timekeeping systems.
