About the Role: We're looking for a highly skilled Import Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with us as we continue to shape the future of global trade. As an Import Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer interactions and providing best-in-class solutions to their import needs. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with customers. They will also possess a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions. Main Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely manner. Analyze customer requests and provide tailored solutions to meet their import needs. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of import operations. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as international trade or business administration. Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in a similar role or industry would be an asset.
