Job Summary The Cargo Flow Specialist plays a critical role in facilitating data transmission between Customs Systems, Port Authorities, and cargo management. This position requires strong analytical skills, experience with government systems, and knowledge of customs laws. Main Responsibilities: Coordination of import and export cargo in transit along Brazilian ports Validation of shipments received as Transshipment cargo and update connecting vessel in the system Monitoring Brazilian cargoes in transit in other Transshipment ports Ensuring boarding on the first available vessel Following managed local rules by maritime and customs authorities Waiver & booking Requests to EBN carriers Coordinating allocation in feeders and/or long-haul vessels Guaranteeing contingency plans are followed and put in place Proactively looking for alternatives for cargoes in transit when the period exceeded 7 days Import / Export Manifest (Mercante / Siscarga System / Portal Unico) Import / Export correction / amendment process (Mercante / Siscarga System / Portal Unico / E-CAC) Dangerous Cargo documentation process Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in administration, foreign trade, or related areas Intermediate English proficiency Microsoft Excel skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in government systems Knowledge of customs laws This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, leveraging your expertise to drive efficient cargo flow.
