Enhancing Operational Efficiency as a Sales Operations Professional

Job Title: Presales Operations Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Presales Operations Specialist. This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of presales activities, including vendor onboarding, RFI management, and sales collateral creation. Responsibilities: Manage the vendor onboarding process, including registration across client platforms and compliance with timely completion. Own the coordination and submission of Requests for Information (RFIs) by working with subject matter experts to gather content, ensure accuracy, and meet submission deadlines. Collaborate with internal groups to create compelling sales collateral, including presentations, case studies, and success cases tailored to support presales activities. Capture key performance metrics and assist in building reports to support presales operations. Track pre-sales ticket activities, manage RFx submissions and deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of responses and resolving any blockers to meet deadlines. Requirements: Essential Skills: Operations Experience: 3+ years of most recent experience in sales operations, presales support, or business operations. Industry Background: 3+ years in IT industry/consulting (most recent experience). Process Management: Proven experience with operational processes, ticket tracking, stakeholder follow-ups across departments, RFI and vendor onboarding processes. Analytics Skills: Strong capabilities in metrics and reporting. Content Creation: Demonstrated experience in content creation, presentations, and sales collaterals. Language Proficiency: Advanced level of English. Desirable Skills: Vendor Management: Familiarity with vendor onboardings, vendor registrations, and questionnaires. Outsourcing Experience: Experience in IT Outsourcing companies. Education: Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
