Sales Development Representative | SDR
For Brazil – based in São Paulo
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that our company’s sales goals are met.
YOUR MAIN MISSION WILL BE
Make the first contact with new leads (Inbound or Outbound);
Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
Contact and qualify leads, generate interest to provide more opportunities for the sales team;
Track progress towards meeting sales goals
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
Understand and solve the main objections of potential customers;
Interact with our Marketing team in order to improve the quality of the leads generated.
CANDIDATES PROFILE
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field is required
+5 years of experience in inside sales
Knowledge of sales funnel and consultative sales process;
Experience in B2B sales;
Knowledge in Inbound Marketing (differential);
Experience with high-ticket sales (differential).
Upper intermediate - Advanced level of English
Spanish is a plus
