Human Resources Coordinator Job Description About the Role: We are seeking a strategic HR leader to oversee our People & Culture strategy, driving employee engagement, culture-building, and retention. Serve as lead for the HR function on campus Oversee payroll, benefits, time management, union compliance, and all employment-related processes Develop and implement employee retention strategies aligned with Concept's values Lead performance management cycles, feedback processes, promotions, and career path design in partnership with school leadership Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or related fields Advanced knowledge of English At least 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, ideally with team leadership responsibilities Proven track record with payroll, benefits, labor law (Brazil), and union negotiations Benefits: Opportunity to work in a dynamic, innovative environment Chance to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives Collaborative and supportive team environment
