ServiceNow administrators play a pivotal role in streamlining enterprise operations, ensuring data visibility and driving measurable ROI. The ideal candidate will lead the reporting, analytics, and KPI strategy for the ServiceNow platform, driving operational performance insights and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Oversight of ServiceNow reporting and analytics governance across all modules. Development and standardization of KPIs, reporting cadence, and data quality frameworks. Design and creation of dashboards and reports in Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Visualization tools. Delivery of executive and operational dashboards providing real-time service and performance insights. Collaboration with business and platform stakeholders to align reporting with goals and ITIL frameworks. Maintenance of data accuracy, governance, and consistency across ServiceNow, Power BI, and Salesforce. Measurement and communication of platform adoption, automation gains, and productivity improvements. Stay current on ServiceNow releases, AI/Now Assist features, and emerging analytics capabilities. Requirements: 3+ years of ServiceNow experience (Performance Analytics, Reporting, or Data Visualization). Proven ability to design dashboards across ITSM, CSM, and SPM modules. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow data models, tables, and CMDB relationships. Excellent collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills. Preferred: Experience in an MSP or multi-client environment. Familiarity with ITIL KPI frameworks (MTTR, SLA, backlog, etc.). Experience with VividCharts, Power BI, or Tableau. Exposure to Automation Engine, Flow Designer, or Now Assist analytics. Certifications (Preferred): ServiceNow CSA, Performance Analytics & Reporting Micro-Certs, ITIL 4 Foundation.
