HR Professional for LATAM Team

HR Professional Wanted Seeking an HR professional to drive and support the scaling of our LATAM team. This role is responsible for delivering human resources expertise, executing people initiatives, and driving HR functional excellence across LATAM countries. Provide HR support and guidance to team members and clients in LATAM. Collaborate with managers to build and optimize HR functions within their teams. Organize company events and activities. The selected candidate will work closely with the HR and Retention Lead to conduct quarterly HR meetings, act as an HR advisor, and provide exceptional client service tailored to their needs. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in tech companies. Strong client-facing skills and excellent communication skills. Advanced English language proficiency. Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools. Time management and organizational skills. Emotional intelligence and adaptability. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple assignments and projects simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
