About this role: We're seeking a seasoned e-commerce scaling expert to join our team and drive growth through innovative Google Ads & YouTube strategies. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of scaling multiple e-commerce brands from $10k/month to $100k-$500k+ in ad spend, with expertise in building, testing, and scaling cold traffic. Responsibilities: Develop and execute full-funnel strategies across Google Ads & YouTube for fast-growing DTC brands. Lead account audits, scaling roadmaps, and creative testing cycles to maximize ROI. Scale PMAX and YouTube campaigns, optimize Shopping & Search, and unlock profitability in cold traffic channels. Guide clients on ad creative, funnel structure, CRO, and landing page strategy to drive conversions. Direct the development of landing pages & advertorials, including listicles, quizzes, and VSLs. Provide weekly performance reviews, client education, and action plans to ensure success. You'll be a fit if you have: A strong background in scaling e-commerce brands from $10k/month to $100k-$500k+ spend levels while maintaining ROAS. Hands-on experience managing $1M+/month in Google/YouTube ad spend and driving successful campaign results. Expertise in building successful YouTube campaigns and testing hooks, CTAs, and audiences for maximum engagement. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced performance-based environments. Effective communication skills, with the ability to work closely with DTC founders and lead strategic direction. Experience working in or alongside high-level CRO & creative testing environments.
