Our company is looking for a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide top-notch technical support to customers worldwide. About the Role: You will engage with customers face-to-face to provide technical support and resolve issues. You will be in charge of Proof of Concept, Demonstration, Presentation, and tracking technical issues. You will also provide training to internal and external end users/partners. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and proficiency in network technologies such as TCP/IP, firewall, and UTM. Requirements: We are looking for someone who has a bachelor's degree in computer engineering or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in the IT industry as a technical engineer. Additionally, the successful candidate will have solid knowledge of network best practices and TCP/IP protocols and excellent oral and written communication skills.
