Key Responsibilities: Maintain robust AML/CFT and sanctions frameworks aligned with Brazilian regulatory requirements and global best practices. Conduct thorough customer due diligence (CDD/KYC/KYB) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) reviews using risk-based methodologies. Support ongoing transaction monitoring, screening, and investigation of suspicious activities. Requirements: Prior experience in AML/CFT compliance, preferably in the financial or fintech sector, with at least 7 years of expertise. A strong understanding of COAF, Central Bank of Brazil, and CVM regulations, as well as FATF standards. The Ideal Candidate To be successful in this role, you must meet our fit and proper standards with no disqualifying factors, including: No history of bankruptcy or insolvency; An unblemished reputation; In-depth knowledge of the line of business, services offered, and the crypto segment, including market dynamics and associated risks; Tech capability compatible with the functions to be performed.
