Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our HR team as an intern. Key Responsibilities This role involves various responsibilities including recruitment, employee relations, training & development, and cross-department collaboration. Job Description Recruitment: The successful candidate will be responsible for posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and supporting campus recruitment. Employee Relations: This role also involves supporting onboarding/offboarding, visa procedures, and employee care activities. Training & Development: The intern will assist with language and onboarding training, track effectiveness, and maintain records. Cross-Department Collaboration: Translation of HR documents, support for HQ–Brazil communication, and provision of data for HR projects are also key aspects of this role. Requirements Languages: Proficiency in advanced English is required; knowledge of Chinese is an asset. Education: A student or graduate in HR, Business, International Relations, or related fields is preferred. Skills: Knowledge of HR basics, Excel/PPT, and HR systems are essential. An internship in MNCs is also highly valued. Qualities: Strong communication, teamwork, and knowledge of Brazilian labor laws/culture are essential qualities for this role.
