About This Role We are looking for a seasoned talent acquisition specialist to join our international recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in sourcing, selecting, and hiring top technical talent. Key Responsibilities Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding; Screen and assess candidates based on their soft skills and technical abilities; Utilize various sourcing channels to find high-quality candidates across multiple regions and time zones; Foster effective communication with candidates and stakeholders in English and Spanish. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates; Evaluate and improve the candidate experience throughout the hiring process; Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing our employer brand and recruitment processes. Requirements Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team; Fluency in English and Spanish; Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
