Our expertise spans software development, marketing, customer service, administrative, and executive staff. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, and other channels to generate leads, close deals, and build strong customer relationships. This role is ideal for someone who is goal-oriented, persuasive, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
Qualify leads, schedule meetings, and follow up on prospective clients.
Maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities using [CRM Tool, e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce].
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to refine outreach strategies.
Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (1+ years preferred).
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Ongoing training and sales development.
