Must Have:

10+ years of IT experience

5+ years of UX experience

Experience with Figma, Zeplin, and Adobe XD

Experience with Wireframing, Prototyping,

Design and Usability fundamentals

Experience in Agile environments

Good to Have:

Knowledge of the Insurance industry

Resilience and a sense of purpose
