**THE TEAM**

The Application Foundation team is spread across 13 countries and has multiple teams. You will work to find synergies across all these teams, and leverage their solutions for your product

**THE ROLE**

As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will bring a blend of product thinking, visual design, interaction design and prototyping experience. Your role will be to take product requirements and convert them into an amazing user experience that makes users think that the product was built specifically for them.

You will work with product managers to make requirements come alive into seamless designs, keeping productivity and ease of use in mind. You will create user flows, wireframes, hi-fidelity mockups and running prototypes, and ensure adherence to SAP UI standards. You will communicate your design effectively to cross functional team members and incorporate feedback from the teams and target users

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Senior user experience designer with strong design leadership, and the ability to influence at a senior level.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in interaction design, user experience design, or a related field.
- Excellent experience in interaction design including leadership
- Experience using a design system
- Deep knowledge of using Figma
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to understand technical roles such as developer or system administrator
- Experience designing for web and mobile
- Experience evaluating user interface designs
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is beneficial
- Online portfolio of your work
- Fluent English language skills
