Role Overview As a SAP Technical Support Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services by our managed service partner. This position is responsible for supervising and overseeing the technical support process to guarantee that it aligns with our standards. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills and be able to drive best practices and operational processes related to Application Development in SAP ECC and S/4. Key Responsibilities Create and implement effective operational processes and best practices related to Application Development in SAP ECC and S/4. Provide expert technical support to application/integrations developed in-house or other developments in Legacy Applications when needed. Ensure that all developments or customizations in the S/4 applications adhere to the Digital Decoupling strategy. Drive automation initiatives to reduce incidents and improve self-service capabilities. Participate in major incident response and IT Service Desk meetings as required. Requirements To excel in this role, you should possess: A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. A good understanding of SAP ECC and S/4 Technical and Development functionalities. Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
