**Project Delivery Lead** We're seeking a seasoned delivery expert to oversee complex initiatives in an agile environment. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive delivery execution, translating business priorities into actionable plans, and ensuring high-quality outcomes. This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys taking ownership, and keeps teams aligned and moving forward. **Responsibilities Include:** Develop and execute comprehensive delivery plans that encompass scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination Partner closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and adjust plans as priorities evolve Facilitate working sessions, stand-ups, planning meetings, and stakeholder workshops as needed Support prioritization decisions by providing delivery insights, trade-offs, and impact analysis **Requirements:**5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar) Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders Strong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity Experience supporting prioritization, change management, and delivery trade-offs **Nice to Have:** Basic SQL skills Familiarity with finance or accounting concepts **What We're Looking For** A talented delivery professional who can drive results in a fast-paced environment.
