Responsabilidades: Gestão de projetos de subestações nas fases conceitual, básica e executiva; Acompanhar o cronograma, escopo e orçamento dos contratos sob sua responsabilidade; Controlar entregáveis técnicos (documentação, desenhos, memoriais, listas de materiais) em conjunto com as equipes de engenharia elétrica, civil, automação, proteção e telecom; Ser o elo entre cliente, time técnico interno e fornecedores externos, promovendo alinhamentos, revisões e ajustes; Realizar gestão de riscos, controle de mudanças e elaboração de planos de ação; Apoiar a liderança no planejamento de recursos, análises de viabilidade e elaboração de propostas técnicas e comerciais; Conduzir reuniões de follow-up com o cliente, apresentar status do projeto e manter indicadores atualizados (curva S, avanço físico, etc.); Garantir conformidade com normas técnicas (ANEEL, ONS, NBR, IEC) e requisitos contratuais específicos. Requisitos: Formação em Engenharia Elétrica, Engenharia de Energia ou áreas correlatas (CREA ativo); Experiência mínima de 4 anos como Project Manager ou Coordenador de Projetos em subestações; Conhecimento técnico em sistemas de potência, diagramas elétricos, arranjos físicos, listas de cabos, proteção e telecom; Domínio de ferramentas de gestão de projetos (MS Project, Excel avançado, Power BI); Boa comunicação, organização e visão sistêmica. Diferenciais: Experiência com clientes como Neoenergia, ISA CTEEP, CPFL, Eletrobras, Light, Taesa, Enel, entre outros; Certificação PMP, pós-graduação em Gestão de Projetos ou MBA em Energia; Familiaridade com gestão de projetos multidisciplinares e entregas em ambiente BIM; Inglês técnico intermediário ou avançado.
