Job Title: QHSE Coordinator About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated professional to ensure the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Quality Health Safety and Environment (QHSE) systems and practices with a strong emphasis on environmental compliance and performance. Responsibilities: Environmental Management: Develop and implement sustainability and environmental management programs. Analyze and track environmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as emissions, effluents, waste, energy, and water consumption. Evaluate and ensure compliance with environmental laws, regulations, and licenses. Conduct internal and external audits to identify areas for improvement. Lead projects to mitigate environmental impacts and achieve carbon neutrality. Design and implement environmental awareness and engagement campaigns. Oversight of suppliers and partners to ensure environmental requirements are met. Develop strategic environmental initiatives such as zero-waste and waste segregation. Support occupational health and safety programs and accident prevention initiatives. Monitor HSE indicators and propose corrective actions. Maintain and enhance the Integrated Management System (IMS). Cordinate QHSE training and awareness activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Production Engineering, Chemistry, Biology or related fields. Possession of a postgraduate degree in Environmental Management, Sustainability or related areas is an advantage. Fluency in English is mandatory. Experience: At least three years of experience in QHSE with a proven focus on environmental management. Previous experience in multinational organizations interacting with corporate and external stakeholders. Proven track record of leading environmental projects.
