Resolve daily Back-Office end-user issues on both functional, technical -- L1 Support
- Manage day-to-day assigned tasks to complete various application support deliverables
- Contribute to support group(s) efforts in resolving request or issues
- Analyze, formulate, proposed, develop and/or contribute to overall solutions as per project deliverables
- Perform various levels of testing for assigned deliverables as well as participate in formal release cycles (SIT/UAT)
3+ years' hands-on experience with Murex Back-Office functionalities (Senior level skills in pre and post-trade workflows such as Contract, Events, Deliverables and Exchange)
- Hands-on experience in Datamart, Market Data, Batch processing, End of Day flow(s), interfaces and Trade Life Cycle
- Strong experience in supporting end-users and resolving their daily issues
