About TeaTea is a fast-growing American startup building a dating advice and safety app that’s already ranked #1 in Lifestyle on the US App Store . Our global team is distributed, with most engineers currently based in Brazil. To keep collaboration smooth across time zones, we are prioritizing new hires from Brazil.
Responsibilities- Develop high-quality Flutter UI components from Figma designs.
- Collaborate closely with the UI/UX team to deliver polished user experiences.
- Join 1:1 sessions with the app’s Tech Lead for mentorship and alignment.
- Actively participate in daily standups and weekly engineering meetings .
- 3+ years of professional Flutter development experience.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles .
- Fluency in English (C1/C2) – written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a distributed team.
- Prior startup experience at a product company
- Above-market compensation (paid in USD).
