Job Title: Global Learning Strategist Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Global Learning Strategist to design and deliver impactful learning programs that drive employee growth and development. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for assessing skill gaps, developing targeted learning initiatives, and partnering with business leaders to ensure alignment with department goals. Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies, as well as experience in e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging training content. Responsibilities: Design and deliver comprehensive learning programs that meet the needs of employees at all levels Assess skill gaps and business needs to develop targeted learning initiatives Partner with business leaders to ensure alignment with department goals Develop and maintain relationships with subject matter experts to create relevant and effective training content Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need: 8+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development Deep expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies Proven experience with e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems Demonstrated success in designing, delivering, and scaling learning programs Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized and results-oriented
