We are looking for a Consumer Insights Analyst to join our growing Insights team. The team itself is tasked with providing insights on business opportunities and customer behaviors to help brands in the BRP portfolio maximize their global reach. 

As part of your role, you’ll be at the forefront of a new practice at BRP and will be supporting our Insights teams on all market research tasks.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Manage the relationship with our external research vendors
  • Oversee the preparation and optimization of all research tools 
  • Analyze research data to support storytelling
  • Enforce best practices & governance
  • Ensure quality control on all research outputs
  • Program surveys in Qualtrics
  • Coordinate all sampling and fielding tasks (e.g. quota management)
  • Analyze data & build codification frameworks to support storytelling
  • Build effective data visualizations to democratize complex information
  • Prepare insights reports & presentations for internal stakeholders

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Minimum 4 years experience in a corporate role
  • Marked interest for market research
  • Understanding of main statistical analyses
  • Naturally curious, self-motivated and obsessed with data integrity.
  • Natural ability to democratize information
  • Driven with great attention to detail
  • Experience with Qualtrics 
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Display R) an asset
