Part of the Retail Operations Team department and reporting to the Retail Ops Manager, the Retail Ops Coordinator to deliver Retail targets and growth opportunities.
We are looking for an individual who can balance between analytical and operational tasks with ease and is willing to work in a fast-changing environment.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Retail Operations Analytics (50%):

  • In collaboration with the Business Intelligence team, play a key role in the LATAM region Retail Review Governance by providing analysis/insights on the trends in those markets and seeking business feedback prior to the meetings.
  • Support the LATAM retail operations implementations: costing, business case preparation, program approvals, system configuration, and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Support the Retail Manager in preparing Retail Operations budget/forecast revisions, tracking and yearly calendars.
  • Support the implementation of BRP’s new tools/ideas to increase retail sales, like pre-sale module.
  • Play a role in the reporting improvements related to promotions
  • Retail Operations Go to Market Advisor (25%):
  • Lead Connection with Dealer Marketing, Marketing advisors and Commercial teams to insure connection with low funnel and dealer marketing tactics.
  • Participation to Commercial events to help drive retail programs (training, activation, market watch, …)

Retail Financing (25%):

  • Play a strong role in the implementation of retail financing partnership ecosystem improvement/standardization.
  • Support the implementation of new partnerships (Contract validation, ensuring partnership implementation success in collaboration with local teams)
  • Support the LATAM retail financing subsidized programs: costing, discussion with banks, business case preparation, program approvals, system configuration, and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Play a role in the reporting improvements related to financing reporting implementation.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in business analytics, intelligence, commercial, or marketing, and experience in the Automotive business is a plus
  • Suitable bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • Fluent in English – Spanish is a plus
  • Excellent data analysis skills with good story-telling.
  • High knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory, SQL, Power BI or SAP knowledge can be a plus.
  • Well-rounded business acumen, strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and strong analytical skills.
  • Open, Communicative and team-oriented.
  • Ability to influence, handle change-management with data driven insights and pro-active to improve processes.
  • Organized, accurate and results oriented.
  • Ability to work and deliver in high stress environment.
