Dealer Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Dealer Marketing Coordinator who will report to the Latam Marketing Manager, and who'll be tasked with coordinating the marketing projects and initiatives focused on the dealer network in Brazil. As part of your role, you'll be significantly contributing to the organization's growth. You'll be at the forefront of planning and executing projects that are part of the local strategy, supporting the dealers with marketing tools, materials, Co-op programs, marketing training, and digital marketing services.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Coordinate the dealer's Co-op program, which supports dealers with marketing funds to subsidize initiatives according to the company policy, being responsible for the full process execution.
  • Support dealers with their regional marketing plan and initiatives, ensuring the best alignment and the correct application of the BRP brands in those regional activities.
  • Plan and coordinate the digital service program tailored for dealers, which includes website, social media management and paid digital campaign. Work collaboratively with external suppliers to ensure effective execution.
  • Develop marketing tools and trainings for the dealers, looking for elevating the dealer's marketing capabilities while improving customer experience and leveraging retail.
  • Map and execute Dealer Marketing projects, designed to stimulate retail sales, which can include campaigns, tradeshows, demo events, CRM.
  • Keep direct, constant, and strong communication with dealers' owners, sales and marketing team and staff, to make all the required initiatives happen.
  • Lead the dealer communications efforts, ensuring the process runs smoothly and the dealers receives relevant information from BRP on a timely manner.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Required:

  • Graduated in marketing, administration or related areas, with minimum 5 years of professional experience.
  • Fluent or Advanced English (written and spoken).
  • Advanced abilities with MS Powerpoint and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and collaborative spirit.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred:

  • Project management skills a strong asset.
  • Experience in Dealer/Retail Marketing is a plus.
