What you’ll do:
Position Title: SAP iXp Intern – Customer Support
Location: São Leopoldo, RS - Brazil (hybrid)
Expected start date: June, 2023 
 
In this role, you’ll:
•    Work in a global team
•    Communicate professionally and proactively with your co-workers in Customer Support
•    Assist the Customer Support team with operational tasks
•    Administrate and support internal staffing tools
•    Create and analyze staffing related reports
 
Who you are:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. Enrollment as student in a Bachelor's degree, applicable to the related field.

•    Ready for continuous learning and improvement
•    Open personality and professional communication style
•    Fluent spoken and written English language skills
•    Analytical and problem-solving skills
•    MS Office knowledge (Excel including functions, PowerPoint)
 

About the team:
The customer support team provides technical support to internal and external customers via phone, e-mail, Web form, chat, and communities. They use knowledge-based tools to resolve issues - and escalate when needed.
We are driven by a desire to provide our customers with outstanding technical customer service and delight them with a great support experience. In our team we aim to provide a fun atmosphere where everyone can enjoy working and interacting.
