Responsibility Statements

  • Executes established benefits processes and seeks guidance from Sr. Analyst.
  • Triages, researches, and responds to participant issues. (i.e. eligibility, calculation errors, and service delivery)
  • Triages and research system issues to confirm adherence to requirements.
  • Reviews benefit reports and acts as needed.
  • Performs peer review on work completed by other peers.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.
