MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:

 

The intern will be responsible for providing support in the physical-chemical and instrumental analyses of raw materials, finished products, and products in process, as well as participating in failure investigations. They will undergo a training and qualification program to be able to perform support analyses and develop activities for improvements and innovations.

 

MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

 

  1. Perform physical-chemical and instrumental analyses (e.g., HPLC, GC, FTIR, NMR, NIR) of raw materials, finished products, and products in process;
  2. Read and interpret monographs and procedures related to the analyses conducted;
  3. Identify non-conformities in raw materials, finished products, and products in process and inform analysts to aid in investigation;
  4. Record and archive retention samples of raw materials, reports, analysis sheets, production orders, preparation records, and solution factorization records, etc.;
  5. Periodically check equipment;
  6. Promote and participate in the development of focused improvement activities;
  7. Maintain order, organization, and cleanliness of equipment and the work environment.
