Descrição

Review expenditure approval according to company annual budget. Make sure all reimbursement and payment will be matched with supporting documents and company policies.Audit and post in SAP for all reimbursements, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset treatment;Manage and optimize cost management procedure and in charges of general accruals monthly;Manage asset such as inventories, exploration investment, development investment etc.Responsible for General ledger management.Responsible for conducting monthly closing on basis of work flow.Responsible for assistance for preparation of financial statements.Analyze and provide comments on financial statement, and draft report monthly.Collect and review all billing reports from operator and book in SAP system on time.Prepare forecast P&L outlook report on basis of company operation.

Perfil desejável

Extensive tax，treasury and budget management knowledgeStrong accounting, analytical, and research skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Knowledge of SAP system.Familiarity with international GAAP and Brazilian GAAP.Knowledge of upstream Oil & Gas industry.Strong ability to utilize project management and accounting best practices to organize and prioritize tasks and the tasks of other members of department.Ability to work well independently as well as the ability to work well with partners and communicate the benefits.Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
