We are looking for a highly motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team This role is responsible for the general maintenance of the site's HVAC (Air conditioning) systems, civil maintenance, cleaning and gardening. This includes controlling costs and implementing initiatives to optimize results within budget. Furthermore, it is responsible for managing the spare parts warehouse. The professional will be responsible for leading and supervising all these activities, ensuring operational safety, compliance and efficiency.

 

What you will do

 

Security Leadership:
Act as an example of security leadership in all activities carried out on the site, promoting a culture of security and compliance with regulatory standards.

 

General and Civil Maintenance of the Site:
Manage general website maintenance, focusing on compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Supervise civil maintenance, including the management and supervision of companies contracted for infrastructure services.

 

Spare Parts Warehouse Management:
Supervise the spare parts warehouse, ensuring adequate inventory and controlling the inflow and outflow of spare parts.
Develop and implement improvements to inventory controls to optimize parts availability and use.


HVAC Maintenance:
Coordinate and supervise the maintenance of the site's heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, ensuring their efficient and continuous operation.

 

Supervision of Cleaning and Gardening Contractors:
Manage the activities of companies contracted for cleaning and gardening services, ensuring quality and compliance with internal standards.


Costs management:
Control operational costs related to maintenance and infrastructure, identifying and leading cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives.

 

GMP improvements:
Lead initiatives to improve the site's GMP processes and practices, always seeking continuous improvement.

 

Facilities Maintenance Planning:
Develop, implement and keep predictive and preventive maintenance plans for facilities updated, aiming for maximum system availability and reliability.

 

Compliance with Policies and Standards:
Ensure compliance with all internal policies and regulatory standards applicable to the position's activities.

 

Other Tasks:
Perform other tasks as assigned by management, contributing to the company's overall objectives.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related (diploma)
  • Proficiency in Maintenance Indicators, Concepts, and Tools
  • SAP Expertise
  • Strong Experience in Facility Management and Maintenance
  • Strong ability to lead teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Knowledge in  Google tools , Data Studio, Domo, etc

 

Nice to have

  • English Level will be a plus
