Ficará responsável por atividades relacionadas a função, como por exemplo:Atuar no suporte técnico ao usuário através da plataforma JIRA Service. Análise de problemas para identificações de causas, como problemas operacionais, funcionalidades, cadastros, configurações, monitoramento de ambiente. Consultas via BD para análise de problemas e correções através de elaboração e aplicação de scripts, geração de dados e relatórios, e exportações para planilhas eletrônicas (excel, Gsheets). Conhecimento básicos em infraestrutura, rede e lógica de programação (Tecnologias adotadas no sistema:PHP, Java, Apis, MySQL, Oracle).
