Your Mission

UiPath is in search of a highly motivated and seasoned Client Delivery Lead to steer our customers through their post-sales journeys and AI-driven transformation initiatives. This role demands a strategic mind with a profound grasp of professional services, adoption tactics, and organizational change management. The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering value to customers and a dedication to ensuring that our customers attain their desired results. Strong initiative, the ability to navigate uncertainty, and leadership prowess to drive outcomes through internal and external teams are essential for this role.

What you'll do at UiPath


- Post-Sales Strategy: Own the customer's adoption strategy, establishing & managing the customer's full value delivery plan to reach the set goals
- Post-Sales Account Management: Lead end-to-end adoption delivery, coordinating internal and external workstreams for successful implementation of automation solutions.
- Value Fluency & Management: Advise customers on defining, delivering & realizing value aligning with their objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and uphold workstream plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring success milestones are met.
- Client Engagement: Act as the main contact for clients, fostering strong relationships, understanding their needs, and collaborating with teams to tailor strategies for success.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, becoming a trusted advisor on automation strategies. Work closely with clients to align automation solutions with business goals.
- Operational & Technical Expertise: Possess knowledge of automation technologies and best practices for successful execution and transformation.
- Innovation and Thought Leadership: Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to the development of thought leadership content, sharing insights with clients for innovation.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal technical teams, sales, and stakeholders to ensure a customer-centric approach. Communicate client expectations to adoption teams and oversee execution.
- Issue Resolution: Work with clients and internal teams to provide effective problem-solving solutions.

What you'll bring to the team


- 8+ years of experience in consulting, with a proven track record in driving customer satisfaction and retention
- Experience in professional services and support motions
- Experience in a high-growth tech company, preferably in SaaS or RPA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset, using data for informed decisions and results.
- Strategic thinking and ability to execute customer success strategies.


- Fluent in English, knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field (MBA preferred).

Please note the customer base is in Sao Paulo, so we are hiring the CDL in that area.
