Our focus is on a portfolio of services that include Salesforce implementation and consulting, marketing services, and staffing across the US, Canada, and Latin America.

ObjectiveWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Delivery Lead for a contract position in São Paulo, Brazil. The ideal candidate will be bi-lingual (Portuguese and English) and possess a deep understanding of Salesforce solutions.

As a Salesforce Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement in our service offerings.


Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the project team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and internal stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on project progress.
Ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce implementation and consulting, maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may arise.
Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for all project-related matters.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce trends, tools, and best practices, continuously enhancing your knowledge and skills.

QualificationsProven experience as a Salesforce Delivery Lead or similar role, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
Bi-lingual in Portuguese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
Exceptional client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
