    ROLE PURPOSE
  • The Maintenance Analyst supports SBM's managers to meet the strategic objectives in line with SBM's Values. You perform advanced and diversified administrative duties within your assigned remit.
  • You are responsible for supporting your assigned remit (management, the (global/ local) department or the project) by proactively planning and completing the assigned activities, with accuracy and ontime deliverables.
    ROLE CONTRIBUTION

In order that assigned activities are completed successfully, YOU ARE TO:

1. Take ownership to define and develop scope of assigned remit and required support

2. Understand and complete assigned tasks within the predefined criteria and compliant with
- applicable (internal and external) policies, codes and standards.

3. Identify areas requiring more detailed instructions and clarify understanding, expectations as
- necessary.

  • 1.
4. Proactively highlight concerns as they arise, and (re)prioritize assigned activities to meet key
- milestones.

  • 1.
5. Proactively provide status updates including timely feedback regarding potential issues/
- solutions while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and customer focus.

6. Escalate unresolved issues to minimize delays in deliverables.

  • 1.
7. Review data and prepare presentations and suggestions.

  • 1.
8. Ensure work is documented in a well-structured format to clearly convey required information.

  • 1.
9. Utilize organizational skills to ensure good house-keeping of deliverables and internal records.
Be self-motivated to improve on functional competences for the assigned work (for current
- and future demands).
Have understanding of how new events or changes will affect individuals and business
- processes and recommend necessary actions.
