Last Mile Relationship Manager to play a pivotal role in enhancing last-mile delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction by implementing optimization strategies and fostering strong carrier relationships.


Core Responsibilities

Carrier Relationship Management:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with lastmile carriers to ensure a reliable and efficient lastmile delivery network.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with lastmile carriers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Address and resolve issues, disputes, and challenges that may arise during the lastmile delivery process.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of lastmile carriers.
  • Regularly assess carrier performance against established metrics and collaborate with carriers to address any deficiencies or areas for improvement.

Optimization Strategies:

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement strategies for optimizing lastmile delivery routes and processes.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance delivery speed, accuracy, and overall customer satisfaction within the lastmilenetwork.

Data Analysis:

  • Analyze data related to lastmile delivery operations and carrier performance to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  • Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Act as a liaison between the company and lastmile carriers, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including logistics, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of lastmile delivery strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in carrier relations, logistics, or a related industry.
  • Strong negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decisionmaking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problemsolving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Familiarity with lastmile delivery processes.
