To achieve this, we aim to reach more customers in more markets, in local language and with local payment options.


What you will be doing:

  • Targeting new corporate clients in Brazil, operating in the retail, digital, or travel industry.
  • Building new relationships from scratch, using a portfolio of target clients and attracting new ones; these new clients might be found.
  • Proven track record of new business solution selling, ideally within payments or similar industries such as software solutions or technology.
  • Ability to deliver value and not sell on price, be a strong negotiator, strategic sales trained and have the gravitas to operate at the ground and move up to engage at the C suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and methodological way of working.
  • Excellent communicative skills (concise and direct) and experience in identifying and influencing key decision makers and stakeholders.
  • Leverage referred leads and selfcultivated leads to nurture your pipeline.
  • Connecting with prospects to help improve their experience, cash flow, and bottom line.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and focusing on growing the existing customer base.
  • Fluent in English.

What you will need:

  • At least 2 to 4 years of sales experience including research, discovering needs, recommending solutions and solving business problems.
  • Experience in technology solutions is helpful, as is a background in the payments industry.
  • A consultative approach that's successful with Csuite and business owners.

Added bonus if you have:

  • Experience working within the Travel, Digital, or Retail space
  • Payment experience
- eCommerce sales experience
