- Estabelecer com os gestores o cronograma para execução das ações do IDP, ministrar capacitações que estejam habilitados e cadastrar os treinamentos no KN Learning
- Analisar continuamente o people analytics, gerando dados quando necessário, para análise e intervenções relacionadas aos KPIs analisados
- Sensibilizar os colaboradores para o autodesenvolvimento fomentando a capacitação continua através do KN Learning
- Executar as demandas de datas comemorativas e enjoy mensal conforme instruções do CoE
Your Skills and Experiences:
- Graduação em ADM ou Recursos Humanos
- Experiência em Recursos Humanos
- Conhecimento de processos de departamento pessoal
- Conhecimento de processos de recursos humanos (R&S, treinamento e relações sindicais)
- Inglês intermediário preferível
