Nesta posição, você fará parte de uma equipe de operações que tem como responsabilidade o suporte e troubleshooting de conexões de rede e segurança de um dos nossos clientes. Como parte desta equipe, você será responsável pelo atendimento dos chamados, aplicações de mudanças e rápida recuperação em cenários de indisponibilidades no ambiente gerenciado. É importante que você esteja familiarizado com suporte ao cliente e tenha boa habilidade de comunicação, além do domínio nas tecnologias mencionadas.

Você desenvolverá seu trabalho tendo como foco ambientes de datacenter e corporativos, atuando no formato hibrido, alocado em um de nossos clientes.

Quais serão as suas responsabilidades?

Realizar configurações de média e alta complexidade, realizando a condução e execução das atividades relacionadas à entrega;
- Elaborar e apresentar documentos técnicos;
- Atuação em incidentes e resoluções de problemas relacionados aos projetos, escalando e acompanhando chamados juntos aos fabricantes;
- Administração do parque de switches, controladoras wireless, roteadores, firewalls e balanceadores;
- Interação com os fabricantes;
- Garantir a adesão aos padrões e políticas para componentes de rede e integração entre arquiteturas de sistema, aplicativo e infraestrutura relacionadas;
- Execução de janelas de manutenção, com a elaboração e aplicação de configurações.

O que esperamos que você possua?

Sólida experiência em tecnologias de Routing, Switching e WLAN do fabricante Cisco;
- Experiência em firewalls Checkpoint;
- Graduação na área de Tecnologia;
- Inglês intermediário.

Como você pode se destacar?

Conhecimento dos produtos/soluções: Cisco NX-OS, Switches Nexus, Cisco ISE, F5 BigIP;
- Certificação Cisco CCNP Enterprise;
