Partner with application owners to integrate their systems with our IdP and IAM strategy, streamlining user SSO, provisioning, deprovisioning, and entitlements.
Work closely with IT Infrastructure & Support and Infosec teams to ensure a seamless identity end-to-end lifecycle and resolution of access-related issues.
Ensure regulatory compliance for data privacy and access controls in our global operations.
Manage the operational health of our Azure Entra ID and Google Workspace environments and its resources and services, proactively establishing best practices for security and governance.
Collaborate with best practices for hardware asset management, software licensing, and endpoint security, optimizing costs and mitigating risks.
Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.
WHO YOU ARE
An Azure Entra ID expert with in-depth knowledge of user lifecycle management, app administration, integrations, conditional access policies, and multi-factor authentication.
A strong knowledge of Google Workspace with organizational units, user and group management, security settings, specific features (e.g. Context-Aware Access, Trust and Data Protection Rules), and integration with third-party applications.
A seasoned IAM professional with solid experience architecting and administering enterprise-level identity solutions.
A problem-solver with a passion for troubleshooting complex technical issues and a strong understanding of ITIL principles.
A hardware and software asset management enthusiast with experience using tools like Snow Software to track inventory, usage, and licensing.
A collaborative communicator who can effectively translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and build strong partnerships across teams.
A lifelong learner eager to stay ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving field of IT infrastructure focused on identity and access management.
An organized and detail-oriented individual with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
