We are looking for a seasoned Commercial Leads Generation Executive to join our successful team.

The perfect candidate will have a strong track record in producing high-quality leads, a deep understanding of B2B sales processes, and the ability to engage and nurture potential clients effectively. The role calls for a proactive individual who can spot and take advantage of fresh business prospects to boost growth and revenue.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify, develop, and qualify new business opportunities through various channels such as online research, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to pinpoint potential leads and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • CRM Management: Keep the CRM system updated with precise information on leads, contacts, and activities for efficient pipeline management.
  • Prospecting: Utilize strategies like cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to interact with potential clients and arrange meetings for the sales team.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain solid relationships with potential clients, grasp their requirements, and match them with our services and products.
  • Reporting: Create and deliver regular reports on lead generation activities, outcomes, and insights to the company CEO.
  • Follow-Up: Ensure prompt follow-up on leads and inquiries, maintaining consistent communication to convert prospects into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking events to create leads and enhance the brand.
  • Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a lead generation or similar role in a commercial/B2B setting.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to express ideas clearly and convincingly.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), lead generation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the capability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently to achieve targets.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust to changing priorities.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in consulting services leads generation and familiarity with its unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Advanced Tools: Knowledge of advanced lead generation tools and techniques, including automation and AI-driven platforms.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in sales, marketing, or lead generation are a plus.
