Responsibilities:
To partner with the business to drive performance. To understand business strategy and plans and consequently, their demands of support. This includes understanding volume and product mix plan, understanding new product requests and supporting the development of them.

To implement changes in the IBO infrastructure according with Business plans and to ensure that all products are properly supported To act as a seamless extension of the businesses it supports serving as a partner in performance.

To deliver increased scale or capacity to meet the challenges of increasing volumes. It must achieve flexibility of our systems infrastructure. Delivery must be at minimal or zero marginal cost. Continuously strive to be the most efficient and effective operations organization in the world. To implement / maintain solid control structure by managing down risks. To implement stringent control programs and build measures to sustain this stable environment. To manage staff and that includes defining objectives, roles and responsibilities, to monitor performance and to give feed-back. To build a service oriented enterprise that is capable of shaping what comes. Create a high performance culture that unlocks our potential.

To energize and keep staff motivated by holding periodic meetings to share plans, constrains, concerns and how to deal with them.

To identify and support the development of your team technical and managerial skills To raise the profile of Operations groups, to improve the performance of low performers or to manage them out of the Firm.

To formulate budgets and to monitor expenses to ensure they are within budget explaining variances whenever they exist.

To manage and / or oversee the management of the projects ensuring that initiatives are clearly defined, that delivery is on time and on budget.

To ensure that Client Satisfaction metrics are at an acceptable level. To ensure that all controls are completed to acceptable levels. To ensure that DB guidelines are deployed and adhered to. To ensure that Local regulator rules are deployed and adhered to. To optimize use of resources; identify ramp up/down opportunities.

Professional and personal qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience in banking industry; Minimum 08 years of experience in KYC Knowledge of local and global market rules is required; Product knowledge is required: mainly fixed income, foreign exchange, equities and derivatives; Services knowledge is required: client adoption, cash management, reconciliation.

Bachelor's degree required; Fluency in English and Portuguese is required; The candidate must have very strong communication skills to deal with counterparts in different locations; Strong analytical skills; Fluency in Spanish is desirable; Master's degree is desirable Our values define the working environment we strive to create – diverse, supportive and welcoming of different views.
