About Company (Redbrick Retail Private Limited) This company is a food-tech startup based in Patna.
It was founded in the year 2019 with a vision to make a set of leading home grown food & beverage brands.
With more than 10 units and two brands the company is currently involved in operations across three states i.e. Bihar, Karnataka & Uttar Pradesh. Cafe Hideout & Biryani Grills are two F&B brands which are present on streets and serve the guests. Both the brands work on hybrid models serving online as well as offline customers.Currently the company serves more than one lakh customers every month and the count is growing on a monthly basis.
Roles & Responsibilities Be a key part of the company leadership team and provide the robust finance systems, policies, procedures helping in improving sales / reduce cost.
Administer, and exercise overall control of finance and accounts functionsResponsible for Financial Accounting, Planning & Analysis, Cash flow Management, Taxation, Audit, MIS, Risk, Corporate Finance, Reporting, consolidation of accurate Financial Statements and Statutory audit on a monthly and yearly basis.
Coordinate and direct the preparation of annual budget with various departments, financial forecasts, preparation of financial models, business planning and monitoring operating expenses while ensuring minimal deviations.
Treasury and Cash flow management and fund allocation as per the agreed guidelines between the various stakeholders.Build controls, governance and a robust framework within the organization to keep check on leakages / pilferages and fraud prevention encompassing all departments & functions in a distribution led environment.
Dealing, Negotiating,& finalising legal contractswith partners & vendors.Manage strategic procurement of direct & indirect materials, identify gaps in procurement and provide effective solution to the management.
Responsible for Investor Relations, work closely with investors and other stakeholders for sharing of financial & non-financial data and answering their queries.
Maintains accurate reservation system informationUses reservations system and demand forecasting systems to determine, implement and control selling strategies
Qualification:
CA/ M Com, CA Interwith 7+ years of experience with prior experience
Should have experience of working in manufacturing/ distribution led organization.
Proven experience in auditing/financial analysis/accounting within the restaurant or hospitality industry will be an advantage.
The candidate should have strong knowledge and experience in Controllership, consolidation, financial closure and audit.
Ability to work in an unstructured environment and setting up system & processes from scratch.
Knowledge of compliance (TDS,GST,ESIC & EPF)
Proven experience in auditing/financial analysis/accounting within the restaurant or hospitality industry will be an advantage with experience of workingon ZOHO Accounting Software.
The position recommends pricing and positioning of cluster propertiesEffective communication skills to present financial insights to stakeholders.
