As a
Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with clients, and provide high-level quality service for famous IT companies from all over the world.


What you need:

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Account Management, Service Delivery, Project Management.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership, and prioritize tasks.

What you will be doing:

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Manage and maintain ongoing relationships with customers and partners.
  • Conduct meetings with clients.
  • Partner with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs.
  • Assist in writing commercial proposals and developing sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
  • Provide consistent, accurate and timely biweekly sales lead generation activity reports to management.
  • Provide feedback from key stakeholders about customer needs.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
