Business Development Manager – Industrial MarketCountry:

BrazilThe Business Development Manager – Industrial Marketshould have large experience for developing Industrial market by approaching and building solid relationship with both Distributors and End Users.

The key attributes and expectations of a good Business Development Manager are:

  • Great business sense and market sense
  • Massive customer resource regarding industrial market
  • Great communication skills
  • The knowledge of Infrared Thermography or Flow Meter or Pressure Transmitter or Level Meter is preferred
  • A positive attitude
  • Great negotiation skills
Initiative, Honesty and IntegrityHikvision therefore requires the Business Development manager to act as the ambassador of the company and brand, delivering the following key tasks:

  • Develop/Manager Industrial market, and carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys
  • Find potential business opportunities and business growth points
  • Approaching and establishing new, solid and long-term relationships with distributors and end users
  • Presentation of the solution to potential customers
  • Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
  • Work closely with colleagues in the regional sales team
  • Perform lobbying in associations and interest groups.
  • Assist consultants to specify projects
  • Position HIKMICRO as the preferred product for consultants.
  • Prepare reports required by the management

Your Profile:

  • Experience in the industrial market.
  • Proven negotiation skills on cooperate level.
  • Being open minded to working in a multi-cultural company.
  • Being self-driven and ambitious to be part of a winning culture.
  • The knowledge of Infrared Thermography or Flow Meter or Pressure Transmitter or Level Meter is preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English,both oral and written
  • Solid in Outlook and related products.
