Job Description:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, including recruiting, training, and performance management.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficient and effective sales operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fintech industry.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the sales team.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of proven experience as a Head of Sales or in a similar leadership role within the fintech industry.
  • Extensive experience in sales process management and the ability to streamline and optimize sales operations.
  • Strong background in recruiting, training, and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and planning skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the fintech industry and its trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
